Afrika Korps Weapons Teams

Snipers were feared on every battlefield, and were employed by the Germans to deadly effect in the defence of Tunisia, where the mountainous terrain was very different from the sands seas of the Western Desert. The lightweight Panzerbuchse 41 was also well suited to the rocky hills and scrub. An innovative squeezebore design firing tungsten ammunition, the projectile lost power at longer ranges but was lethal close up.

In games of Bolt Action the Panzerbuchse 41 can be included in Artillery Platoons and is a Light Anti-tank gun with bonus penetration at short range and penalties at long range, and can be towed by most vehicles. The sniper team is ideal for damaging infantry morale by taking out squad leaders and can be attached to any Rifle Platoon.
